SALMON = HEALTHY HAIR

Stay ahead of the hair game and get your ends trimmed every 8 to 10 weeks.  When you continue to style your hair without trimming your ends they will continue to split up the hair shaft and becomes more damaged.

Eating wild Salmon 2 to 3 times a week it has scalp healthy omega 3 fatty acids, as well as B vitamins 6 and 12 which will produce red blood cells to carry oxygen to the follicles.

Trying to decide what to splurge or save on in the salon?  These are things that you must splurge on and never cut corners: chemical services, hair coloring, extensions, and trims! 

Don’t like salmon? You can also get a hefty dose of omega-3s from other oily fish, such as sardines, trout and mackerel. Vegetarian? “Ground flax seeds are also an amazing source of omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to lubricate our hair, providing moisture and hydration for our hair follicles. And if flax seeds aren’t your thing, know that chia and hemp seeds are also high in omega-3s.

Stay Hydrated!!!  Drinking at least 8 glasses of Water is a necessary to keep your and skin hydrated!
